Terms of Service  Hello, by commissioning me you agree to all of these, please carefully read before commissioning me.1.-I'm a slow artist pleaseee don't pressure me, my delivery time may vary,,, you're still able to ask for updates anytime though! (highly encouraged)2.- Please don't commission me if you're on a rough spot or if you're unsure. Make sure you really want this! Just to prevent us any future problems.3.- Please if you'd like a refund, talk to me first and i'll be glad to help you out.
Once the sketch has been started/i'm midway through the piece/the piece is done, i won't do refunds. Have this in mind before asking for it.4.- I reserve the right to decline your commission if i don't feel comfortable working with it or if i feel i don't have to ability to do such thing.5.- Payment will be sent via Invoice through Paypal, unless stated otherwise by me.
All payments must be upfront. No exceptions.6.- I reserve the right to use the piece to promote myself on social media or use it as an example on my portfolio (Unless client asks for it to not be shown to public to which i'll gladly keep it private and won't post it anywhere!).7.- Rushed turnaround dates will include a higher cost fee, it'll depend on the date. Please discuss this with me first.

Please make sure to read carefully before agreeing to buy one of my designs.1.-Don't sell the design for more than you bought it for, unless you've commissioned artwork for it!
(Gift artworks don't count because there's no money involved. Trades won't either UNLESS the character is being traded for one of the same price or have already commissioned work and is being traded for a character of close amount, you know the deal).2.-Traded/Gifted/Raffle designs stay as trade/gift only, unless you've commissioned more artwork of the design.3.-Feel free to change the design to your heart's content! After it is yours, i don't mind what you do with it.4.-Once the character has been bought, no refunds will be made as we've closed the offer. Charging back will result in being put on a blacklist and not being able to participate on my future adoptables/auctions/raffles/you name it.5.-Constant Ghosting or innability to close offers, will result on greylisting, which won't let you offer on anything for a while. Same attitudes repeating again with no real reason or emergency will result on a temporary or permanent blacklist.6.-No fees, you own all the commercial uses of the design now. Just please make sure to credit me whenever you use it for that matter.7.-Two weeks cooldown before re-selling the design! If you have an emergency and desperately need to sell/trade/etc, please DM me. (This is not a strict rule and i'm very open to letting you sell even on cooldown! Just let me know before hand :)8.-Scamming people with my art/designs will end up on blacklisting.9.-Using my designs or my artwork in anything AI/NFT/Cryptocurrency related will result on a permanent blacklist with no appeal.
